Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC), one the largest crew management companies in the Philippines signs a memorandum of agreement with Pag-IBIG. Under this agreement, PTC seafarers and employees can purchase housing units at Pacific Terraces Community in Imus, Cavite through an automatic salary deduction scheme and preferential loan processing by Pag-IBIG.
