PTC signs MOA with Pag-IBIG

Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC), one the largest crew management companies in the Philippines signs a memorandum of agreement with Pag-IBIG. Under this agreement, PTC seafarers and employees can purchase housing units at Pacific Terraces Community in Imus, Cavite through an automatic salary deduction scheme and preferential loan processing by Pag-IBIG. The MOA signified the growing cooperation between the government and the private sector to service the housing needs of Filipino seafarers.

Pacific Terraces Community was launched as part of PTC's continuing thrust to "build lives and secure futures" of its seafarers. ACM Landholdings, Inc. is the partner and developer of this housing project.
