ACM Homes I
ACM Homes I was the first mass housing project of APDC. Located on a 2.3-hectare property in Imus, Cavite, the project was composed of 252 house and lot units with selling prices ranging from225,000 to 350,000 per unit. The project was fully sold within four months of its launch in May 1993. This maiden project was clearly a successful start to the company's venture into the low-cost housing market.
ACM Sherwood Homes
ACM Sherwood Homes was launched in February 1994 in order to meet the demand generated by ACM Homes I. Located in a 3.7-hectare property contiguous to ACM Homes I, ACM Sherwood Homes consisted of 347 house and lot units with selling prices ranging from 285,000 to 400,000 per unit. Although still within the low-cost housing sector, the target market was a notch higher than the first project. Market response continued to be good, with this project serving as a platform for the Company to test a wider spectrum of the low-cost housing market.
ACM Woodstock Homes, Imus
This is a pioneering 31-hectare project located in Alapan and Carsadang Bago, Imus, Cavite. Launched in 1994, the project is divided into nine (9) phases and has produced and delivered 3,172 house and lot units from 1994 until 1997. With price packages ranging from 250,000 to 500,000, this project marked the Company's entry into the whole spectrum of the low-cost housing market sector, as defined during that time. This project was the first to be launched in the Alapan area of Imus. Given its success, other developers followed the Company's entry in this location making Alapan the site of numerous housing communities.
Paramount Homes / Woodstock Homes (Gen. Trias)
Located in General Trias, Cavite and launched in 1996, this is the Company's first project outside of Imus. This contiguous project was comprised of Paramount Homes, a socialized housing project, and Woodstock Homes, a low cost housing project. These two projects developed and delivered 1,920 house and lot units. Selling prices ranged from 180,000 to 265,000 per unit.
ACM Country Mile Homes I
Launched in 1998, ACM Country Mile Homes I marked the entry of the Company into the medium cost housing segment with prices ranging from 1.0 to 1.3 million. As an initial foray, the Company took this opportunity to test the market and its new designs by developing and successfully selling only 29 units. Market response was good and this project served as a platform for the Company's continuing growth in the medium cost housing market.
ACM Woodstock Homes (Tanza)
Located in Sanja Mayor in Tanza, Cavite and launched in 1998, this 384-unit housing project was a mixed development established to satisfy the demand for socialized and low-cost housing in the area. This project developed and delivered 384 house and lot units with selling prices ranging from 180,000 to 400,000 per unit.
Woodstock Homes (Nasugbu)
In partnership with Roxaco Land Corporation, this was the Company's first project outside of Cavite. Launched in 1998, this project developed and delivered 597 house and lot units which catered to the socialized and low-cost market segments, with selling prices ranging from 180,000 to 400,000 per unit.
ACM Woodcrest Homes
Given the emerging strength of the medium cost housing market segment coupled with the Company's success with its first foray in the segment via Country Mile Homes I, the Company launched ACM Woodcrest Homes in 1999. This pocket subdivision composed of 52 house and lot units with selling prices ranging from 950,000 to 1.5 million.
Pacific Woods, located in Carsadang Bago, Imus, Cavite, marks the Company's major entry in the medium cost housing market segment. Launched in 2002, this is the Company's first major medium-cost housing project. Composed of 477 house and lot units with selling prices ranging from 2 to 3 million per unit, this project was launched to meet the strengthening demand for medium cost housing primarily from OFWs and their families and the emerging middle class. Also, with its Northern California theme, this flagship project of ACM is the first of a series of themed projects to be launched by ACM in various locations.
Launched in 2005, Goodwood Homes is a low density project located in heart of Imus in Carsadang Bago, Cavite. This housing development is composed of 153 duplex units in a 2-hectare property. Selling prices ranges between 750,000 to 1 million per unit.
ACM as a Partner for CSR Programs of Corporations
Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC) partnered with ACM Homes to carry out their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of taking care of the welfare of the seafarers through housing. PTC saw that ACM had a whole new approach to housing which was building communities.
Given this successful CSR program partnership with PTC, ACM presents itself as a CSR outsourcing partner for other companies. Each company has specific goals for implementing CSR, but by presenting a realistic housing scheme for its labor force and outsourcing the implementation to ACM, it allows the company to concentrate on its core competencies while building better relations with key stakeholders.
In contrast to big developers in the market, ACM's flexible size can cater to the needs of specific groups and develop projects that will fit the requirements of the company such as matching the price points to the employees' incomes and expectations on affordability; discount packages for corporate groups from savings on marketing costs; and arranging special end-buyer financing windows with local banks and Pag-IBIG. All projects will feature the same intelligent amenities that ACM has been developing to ensure communities are established rather than mere housing subdivisions.
